*Ariel Kirzner
Ariel received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017.
Ariel practises exclusively in family and divorce law, using his subject matter knowledge, courtroom experience, and dispute resolution training to obtain the best possible outcomes for his clients in all areas of family law, including property equalization, child and spousal support, parenting time, and decision-making.
Ariel strives to gain a holistic understanding of his clients’ needs, circumstances, and challenges to provide them with the best possible guidance and representation.
Ariel has experience navigating complex issues such as contested property ownership, unequal property division, imputation of income, and third-party financial disclosure. He has also worked successfully with clients who experienced trauma, mental health, and/or addiction issues.
In addition to his skills as a litigator, Ariel is a certified family mediator (through the Ontario Association of Family Mediators). Outside of work, Ariel likes to spend time with his family, meditate, read up on history and other interesting (non-law) subjects, and play guitar.
