*Daniel Dominitz
Daniel is a lawyer at Fine & Associates with a focus on family law.
Daniel’s practice is devoted to all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support, property division, separation agreements, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements. Daniel has extensive litigation experience, including appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Appeal. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Daniel frequently relies on alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration, to assist clients in resolving their matrimonial matter.
Daniel earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received several awards including, The Honourable F.H. Barlow Scholarship for highest standing in Commercial Law, the Rudolph P. Bratty Award for academic achievement and the Dean’s Scholarship. Daniel received his H.B.A. from the University of Toronto, in 2012.
Daniel participates in continuing legal education and regularly speaks to various professional groups about the intersection of family law and their professions. Daniel is also a frequent guest on radio shows and TV networks where his family law expertise is sought.
Outside the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and playing hockey and golf. He is also fluent in Hebrew.
