*Sabina Haqqani

Sabina Haqqani is an Associate Lawyer with Fine and Associates in Toronto. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and has been working exclusively in Family Law since that time. Sabina earned her law degree from John Marshall Law School at the University of Illinois in Chicago where she graduated on the Dean’s List and was awarded the Edward Rosenburg Scholarship and the Allan Schwartz Scholarship for academic achievement.

Sabina has experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support, property division, separation agreements, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements and has worked with married as well as common-law couples. Sabina’s practice involves both litigation and alternative means of dispute resolution and she tailors her strategy to fit each client’s individual circumstances and goals.

In her spare time, Sabina enjoys working out and spending time with family.
